All cakes to be ordered at least 2 days in advance, and are subject to availability.

Any changes or cancellation within 3 days of collection or delivery may not be accepted.

Kindly get in touch with us for larger sized cakes. For urgent orders, please call or text 97265101.

All orders are subject to acceptance and confirmation by us. Successful orders will be notified via an email confirmation.

Payment must be made before an order can be processed.

If your order is not collected on the chosen pick up date, the products will be disposed of by the end of the date and no refund will be given.

Delivery charge is at a flat rate of $7 for orders below $50, $5 for orders below $120 and free delivery for orders $120 and above island-wide (excluding Sentosa and highly restricted areas such as Jurong Island, PSA ports, army camps, airport terminals etc.)

In the event no one is present at the delivery destination to collect the order, cakes will be disposed of and no refund will be given.

If a wrong delivery address has been provided, and re-delivery is required on the same day, a surcharge of $15 will be added (and payable in cash upon delivery).

If a wrong delivery address has been provided, and re-delivery is required on another day, a new order will need to be made and paid for. No refund on the original order will be made.

All products must be checked upon delivery. If there are no issues at time of delivery, the order shall be deemed completed and accepted once the delivery receipt has been signed.

Once the delivery receipt has been signed, we will not be held liable for any damages or product spoilage, which may be due to improper handling or storage.

If the recipient refuses to accept the product, the order will still be considered as delivered and no refund will be given (unless the product was severely damaged during transportation)

Lucia Cakes’ owner and head baker trained in classical French patisserie at Le Cordon Bleu, London, after having worked in Banking for ten years.

The name LUCIA comes from her maternal grandmother, Lucy, who lived in St. Lucia’s Lane in Ceylon and was the baker in the family. It was from her that Lucia Cakes’ owner learnt how to bake whenever she visited during her school holidays many, many moons ago.
